Oyster Cars are delighted to offer this eye catching Fisher Fury Le Mans Spyder ZX9R. This is a late nineties Fisher Fury with the 2 door body and Le Mans front end that has Ford running gear and is powered by a 900cc Zawasaki ZX9R bike engine. The car is correctly registered on its V5, has passed an SVA inspection and is fully clear on our Motorcheck HPi system. Due to changes in instrumentation over time we can not accurately report the exact mileage. It has an MOT until June 2023 with no advisories. The bodywork is in very good all round condition and remains in its factory blue gel coat finish. We have also fitted a brand new windscreen and the car also comes with full wet weather gear which too is in good condition for its age. Wherever we have taken this car, people absolutely love it. The chassis too has been recently painted and is clean and rust free all round. 

The car is exceptionally quick with an estimated 0 - 60 time of around 4.5 seconds. We removed the engine to fit a new stator cover and whilst the engine was out fully serviced it and fitted a new clutch and radiator. Since then we took the car on a ‘shake down’ track day at Lydden hill where it performed admirably with no issues at all. The cooling system works well and is filled with Evans Power Cool coolant. The car features a mechanical sequential shift gearbox which falls very easily to hand whilst driving. The suspension is adjustable shocks and springs all round and braking is straight and responsive featuring Wilwood Powerlite front calipers.

The cockpit itself is spacious for a Roadster kitcar and is fully carpeted with very comfortable bucket seats. I am 6ft tall, 14 stone and fit nicely into the driving position. It features full harnesses, a  Momo steering wheel, GPS speedometer. etc In conclusion, this is a lovely example of a BEC Fury that is just as capable and useable on the road as it is on the track. As the car is exceptionally quick and does take a little time to get used to, only test rides will be offered to sincere potential buyers.
