Oyster Cars are delighted to offer this Luego Velocity XT finished in Martini racing colours which turns heads wherever it goes. The car features Ford running gear and is powered by a tuned Ford 1.8 Zetec engine converted to RWD using Retro Ford componentry. The car is correctly registered as a Luego and passed its SVA test in September 2006.  This is a wide bodied version of the seven style roadster providing more room at the hips and in the footwell than most of its compatriots. This particular car has been built with a track day focus and features adjustable rose jointed suspension, brake balance control. The engine is fitted with twin DCOE carbs and produced 149bhp when we took the car to be rolling road tuned. The paperwork includes the original Luego build manual and other invoices for the original purchases from Luego plus other components and instructions, driver  and cable for the DTA Electronic controller. The interior features a well presented dashboard Acewell tachometer, GPS speedometer, other instrumentation and a battery kill switch. The car has an MOT with no advisories until September 2023.  In conclusion, this is a lovely example of a seven roadster that is just as capable and useable on the road as it is on the track. As the car is exceptionally quick and does take a little time to get used to, only test rides will be offered to sincere potential buyers.
