Oyster Cars are delighted to offer this lovely Alfa Romeo GTv 3.0 v6. Finished in Metallic Blu Vela with dark grey leather interior, the car was imported in from Japan and first registered in the UK in November 2021. Being sold on behalf of a long standing customer who is an Alfa Romeo collector the car has completed 89500 km (55613 miles) and having come from Japan is in extremely good all round condition. The underside in particular is remarkably clean as you will see the photos on our website and any potential buyer is welcomed to inspect underneath on one of our four poster ramps. This is matched by the all round condition of the bodywork and paintwork and the car sits on white Tecnomagnesio 6 spoke alloy wheels with Dunlop tyres all round. As you will immediately see from the photos, this example also features the factory fitted rear spoiler with integrated third brake light.  The interior is in very good condition and smells nice and fresh. The momo leather seats show minimal wear, even in the bolsters and the carpets, fascia and headlining are all nice and clean as it is inside the boot too. The interior has electric windows and  mirrors as well as an upgraded JVC DAB stereo, Momo gear knob, Sparco pedals and fitted overmats. 

 

Featuring the the legendary Busso engine which is equally beautiful to look at as it is to listen to, the car starts and pulls extremely well and even by today’s standards is quick especially in terms of low down torque, In our care there have been no signs of any oil leaks. The gearbox is nice and smooth and the clutch was changed at 70590 km ( around 12000 miles ago). The car is fitted with upgraded Koni Sport gas struts and shock absorbers and Apex sports springs providing a stiffer and sportier ride. The brakes work well as the standard Alfa Brtembo units but have upgraded braided hoses.

These v6 Alfa’s are already a well established modern classic and they are rare to come in such an all round clean condition, especially in terms of the lack of corrosion underneath. We see two options for the new owner with this particular example. Either to use and enjoy it with the current modifications in place or return the suspension and wheels back to OEM items in order to have an original car in exceptional condition.
