(Possibly) the lowest Series 2 Daimler Sovereign in the world ! Here at Oyster we are thrilled to offer for sale this totally original Daimler Sovereign Series 2 4.2 LWB Saloon. This car belonged to one of our directors father, who sadly passed away in 2019. This gentleman acquired the vehicle some 30 odd years ago and was then dry stored ever since. Oyster Cars was then luckily enough to be offered the car by his widow back in 2022 and we have spent the last 2 years completely recommissioning this beautiful car back to its former glory. This included new fuel tanks, discs and pads all round, new tyres, complete engine overhaul, carburetors,timing etc. etc.  Originally supplied in November 1978 by Jack Barclay in London , this car has traveled a mere 15,654 miles since. There is some service history stamped in the original service book along with various, more recent invoices for work carried out. This beautifully example is presented in the classic dark blue with contrasting tan leather. All of which is in exceptional, and original, condition. Although MOT exempt, this car flew through an MOT test recently with no advisories. 

As previously stated we have all the original handbooks, wallet, service book as well as a rather nice letter from the late gentleman's widow for the next owner. 

This absolutely beautiful, classic Daimler is surely one of the rarest around being totally original and such superb condition.
